Deposit/reservation provisions:
A reservation is binding with receipt of the arranged deposit (free of charge) according to the booking confirmation; in case of a passing of the delay, allocation to someone else will proceed without further notice;
The right of withdrawal according to § 11 para. 1 FAGG is not applicable, the general terms and conditions applicable in the hotel sector are applied instead.

Check In/ Check Out:
Check in: at the earliest 3pm respectively by arrangement – Check out at 10am at the latest respectively by arrangement: there will be no price reduction in case of late arrival, early departure or lower occupation; no internal re-letting is permitted
Breakfast Apartment/Studio:
Individual Euro 20,– per person/day
Bread service:
By request bread-service directly to the apartment - Order daily until 6:00 pm
Ice maker service:
Ice cube available on dmand and on request in the hotel lounge
