Booking & Payment
- Reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit (bank transfer free of charges) according to the booking confirmation.
- Final payment: at the latest one day before departure (bank transfer in advance or during stay, cash, EC, Visa).

Cancellation Policy
- Up to 3 months before arrival → free of charge (money-back guarantee).
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival → 40% of the total price.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival → 70% of the total price.
- During the last week before arrival → 90% of the total price.
- Deposits are always retained as part of the cancellation fee.
- Recommendation: Travel Cancellation Insurance (Hotelstorno Plus, European Insurance).

Stay
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: until 10:00 am
- No price reduction in case of late arrival, early departure, or under-occupancy.
- No subletting or change of guests during the booked stay allowed.
Guest Card / Ski Pass
- Guest registration data must be provided in advance → link for Pre-Online Check-In will be sent via email 3 days before arrival.
- Guest card is required for the VIP ski pass Ischgl/Samnaun.
Parking
- Parking available from 1:00 pm on arrival day until 10:00 am on departure day.
- Allocation:
- up to 2 persons → 1 parking space
- 4–5 persons → 2 parking spaces
- 6–7 persons → 3 parking spaces
- Additional parking spaces only on prior written request and subject to a parking fee.
- E-charging station available.
Dining
- Breakfast buffet optional: € 24 per person / day.
- Bread roll delivery service from the local bakery, order daily until 6:00 pm.
Cleaning & Service
- Apartments: free mid-week cleaning on Wednesdays (on request).
- Rooms: daily cleaning including towel change (except Sundays & Thursdays).
- Final cleaning (apartment/studio): € 25 per person/child (one-time fee)
Taxes & Surcharges
- Local tax: € 4.00 per person / night (children under 15 free).
- Short-stay surcharge: variable for stays under 5 nights.
- Children under 3 years: free (except final cleaning).
Wellness & Leisure
- Wellness area: open daily (except Saturdays) from 4 pm to 8 pm
- Adults only, Sauna towels provided
- Ski storage room with heated ski boot dryer available.
Additional Information
- No pets allowed (health reasons).
- Entire hotel is non-smoking.
- Lost or forgotten items will only be stored until the end of the season.
- Damages caused by guests will be fully charged.
