Deposit/reservation provisions:

A reservation is binding with receipt of the arranged deposit (free of charge) according to the booking confirmation; in case of a passing of the delay, allocation to someone else will proceed without further notice;
The right of withdrawal according to § 11 para. 1 FAGG is not applicable, the general terms and conditions applicable in the hotel sector are applied instead.

Check In/ Check Out:

Check in: at the earliest 3pm respectively by arrangement – Check out at 10am at the latest respectively by arrangement: there will be no price reduction in case of late arrival, early departure or lower occupation; no internal re-letting is permitted

Daily towel change on request; (Apartment)
Daily room cleaning in the single- double rooms- exept Sunday and Thursday;

Endcleaining Apartments/Studio:

Euro 25,– per person/child once

Visitor's tax Apartments/Studio/Room:

Euro 3,00 per Person/ night
child free until 15 year

Surcharge for short stays

For stays less than 5 nights a surcharge for short stays can be charged.

Reduction for children:

Children up to three years free (Excluded End-Cleaning)

Electric Charging:

E-Charging station located directly at the hotel

Wellness/Spa:

dailly except saturday - opening hours according to the notice board - free of charge - For adults only

In order to reduce the "ecological footprint", we do not equip the spa with bathrobes/ disposable slippers etc. - we ask for your unterstanding and courtesy!

Ski cellar:

Locked ski cellar for all hotel guests with heated ski boots dryer

Pets:

Due to health reasons pets can unfortunately not be accepted

Payment of various additional costs:

Cash payment  – we accept  also debit or credit cards. We recommend a bank transfer before the start of the vacation.
